"Pinhua Baojian", also written by Chen Sen of the Qing Dynasty, describing the atmosphere of flirting with beauty, has 60 chapters. Chen Sen was from Changzhou and was unsatisfied for many years. After the age of 40, he gave up the imperial examination and lived in Beijing and often interacted with actors. He accumulated material for his future creation. The author wrote the legend of "Plum Blossom Dream" on August 12, 3rd year of Daoguang, praising the relationship between the talented Zhang Ruoshui and the prostitute Mei Xiaoyu, and later persuaded him to write his familiar life as the "Pinhua Baojian", which reflects the life of the ancient Pear Garden. The book is themed on the theme of the interaction between literati and male dan, mutual desire and enjoyable life. It is called a homosexual encyclopedia.However, the explicit sexual description has also caused the novel to be criticized many times, and there are different statements about the writing time of the book being banned. Yang Maojian's "Menghua Soupu" in the Qing Dynasty believed that the book was written from 1837 to 1849, and by 1837 it had thirty chapters. After twelve years, it became thirty chapters. It completed the whole book Lu Xun ("Brief History of Chinese Novels"), Zhao Jingshen ("Pinghua Bao Jing Certification"), Zhang Jun ("History of Qing Dynasty Novels") and others all used this theory. Zhou Shaoliang expressed his objection to this, believing that the earliest version of the book was written from 1825 to 1835 was the Daoguang Jiyou (1849) printed version, and there were many reprints later.
